Assuming Revelation is a Forcast

By assuming Revelation is a prediction of future events and how the newspaper will read tomorrow a great error has been added to Christian History.  The constant "crying wolf" has created a generation of impotent Christians. So exactly who is responsible?

The following is a list of modern day false prophets. While these men are hopefully Christians, they are false teachers because their predictions never come to pass. Decade after decade they make countless predictions in the name of the Bible that never comes to pass. Yet Christians never hold them accountable!!! They keep listening to these false prophets week after week, year after year, decade after decade. They never learn. The solution to this ongoing problem is for Christians to learn how to read the Bible and then actually read it for themselves.

These false teachers discredit Christianity in the eyes of the world because their fantastic predictions never happen. Unbelievers are not stupid. They know fakery when they see it. Are we to believe the so called "prophecy experts" who are constantly setting dates and resetting them after their "prophecies" fail only to bring shame to Christianity and to Christ Himself?

When will Christians wake up? Quit listening to these false prophets. Hold them accountable for their failed predictions. When it comes to eschatology, the following men are false teachers:

Tim LaHaye

Jack Van Impe

Grant Jeffrey

David Jeremiah

Ed Hindson

John Hagee

John MacArthur

Hal Lindsey

Pat Robertson

Harold Camping

Billy Graham

Franklin Graham

David Reagan

Donald Perkins

Benny Hinn

Tommy Ice

Dave Hunt

Joe Van Koevering

Perry Stone

(actually, you can delete Grant Jeffrey from the list- he now knows the truth and isn't "false" anymore)

Have you ever missed an appointment? What about having an event you were counting on postponed? Well if it makes you feel bad, what about the host.

Jesus by way of his prophets had them for-tell of an important time in History - "the coming of the kingdom"  Oh how He must feel so bad when many will just not show up or worse are telling us that it's been postponed!  It is sad sad sad what those who say the kingdom is not yet come - they will admit maybe to partial but deny the truth while waiting for some "physical" culmination!  Jesus & John the Baptist nailed it - why are so many fighting it?
